These are the terms and conditions for the website www.yourdesignerteam.com. This website is owned by Whiztrybe Technologies Limited with offices located in Lagos, Nigeria. These terms and conditions govern your use of this website. Please make sure that you read these terms and conditions carefully. If you do not agree to any of these terms and conditions, then you may not use this website.

Please read these terms and conditions alongside our privacy policy which governs the way in which we handle your personal information. These terms and conditions may be updated at any time. It is your responsibility to check back to this page regularly to see if any amendments have been made; if updates have been made then your continued use of this website signifies that you agree to be bound by these updated terms and conditions.


1. Membership

1.1 The website www.yourdesignerteam.com offers downloadable learning materials and consultancy services for users on the topic of website design.
1.2 In order to access these services and products then users will need to create an account to become a member on www.yourdesignerteam.com.
1.3 There is no charge to set up an account and there are no subscription fees.
1.4 Users will enter some personal information as well as create a username and password.
1.5  Having an account allows us to provide you with the products and services we offer as well as helping us to remember what services you are most interested in.

2. Learning Material

2.1 The learning material that is sold on www.yourdesignerteam.com comes in a digital format and is sold as either an EBook, Online Course, Video Tutorial or Website Design Template.
2.2 These materials can be accessed and purchased by logging in to your account and entering the shop on www.yourdesignerteam.com.
2.3 New content and product lines are updated regularly and all content is priced differently.
2.4When you have selected an item you will be led to the shopping cart where you will be able to pay for the item. An email containing the download link for the material will be sent to your email address.


3. Content Use

3.1 The content and learning materials that are sold on www.yourdesignerteam.com are intended for personal information use only.
3.2When you download and purchase this content you are transferred to a one-time, limited license to view this content on your own personal device.
3.3 It is forbidden to attempt to copy, share, redistribute, modify, make publicly available or attempt to make any commercial use or financial gain from the content that you have downloaded.
3.4 The intellectual property rights of all downloaded content remains with the respective publishers and authors of this content at all times.


4. Consultancy Services

4.1 Consultancy services can be booked online by members by logging into their account and filling in the enquiry form on the website www.yourdesignerteam.com.
4.2 Users will be asked to provide as much information as possible in order to be connected with a consultant that will be best suited to their needs.
4.3 All consultant sessions are delivered digitally via video conferencing software. It is the responsibility of the user to have up-to-date and working video conferencing software as well as a stable internet session in order to conduct these sessions.
4.4 We will not be liable for any missed sessions or interrupted sessions which arise from the user suffering from connection issues.
4.5 Sessions with consultants are typically booked in one-hour sessions but this may be modified and agreed between consultant and user prior to the sessions beginning.
4.6All sessions must be paid for in advance. Failure to pay for any booked sessions will result in these sessions being cancelled.
4.7Sessions cost ₦ 19,860 per hour, but the customer will only be billed for the exact amount of time that they have used. For example, a session which lasts an hour and a half would cost ₦ 29,790.


5. Payments and Delivery

5.1 Visa and Mastercard are the accepted forms of payment on www.yourdesignerteam.com.
5.2 All payments are processed through a secure third-party payment provider. Billing descriptor: WTTLYDT, LAGOS
5.3 Payments for all goods and services must be made in advance of the goods or services being received, ie. Items from the shop and downloadable content must be paid for before the customer will be able to download it and sessions with consultants must all be paid for in advance.
5.4 All bills and invoices will be emailed to the email address associated with that customers membership account.


6. Refunds and Cancellations

6.1 Refunds will only ever be accepted in very few circumstances: if the content that has been downloaded is incorrect, failing to load, has a technical fault or differs greatly from the description in store then customers may be entitled to a refund.
6.2 Customers wishing to explore the option of obtaining a refund must email our customer services team, clarifying in writing why, out of the above listed reasons only, they believe that they are entitled to a refund.
6.3 Refunds will be issued at our sole discretion.
6.4All refund requests must be placed with the customer services team within one week of receiving the goods. Refunds may then take one week to be processed, and all refunded cash will be transferred to the same billing information which was used to initially place the order..
6.5 Refunds are not accepted for consultations. If a customer is dissatisfied with the services that they have received in their consultations then we ask them to explain in writing why the service has not met their expectations so that we may improve our services in future.


7. Terminations

7.1Customers may terminate their account on www.yourdesignerteam.com at any time.
7.2 This can be done online through account settings.
7.3 We ask customers to email us explaining in detail why they have decided to discontinue using our services so that we may use this information to improve our services. This is optional.
7.4 We reserve the right to remove or terminate any customer account at any time if we believe that they have violated any of these terms and conditions in any way.


8. Liability

8.1 The website www.yourdesignerteam.com does not accept any liability for any losses of earnings which are experienced by business clients during the time that their website is being worked on or when the website goes live for the first time.
8.2 This includes if there are any technical issues with a new website and it needs to be taken off-line for any maintenance at any stage.
8.3 The website www.yourdesignerteam.com does not accept any liability for any missed deadlines or planned launch dates for websites which have been worked on with consultants. Timeframes for completion that are offered are an estimate only.
8.4 Customers are responsible for providing as much information as possible in order to ensure a smooth consultation process and we shall not be liable for any delays which are experienced due to the customer not providing us with enough information.
